    Regional Sales Managers (RSM) are either promoted from within the organization or are successful, independent agency managers that have been hand-selected to join our team. The primary responsiblities of an RSM include: recruiting, training, developing and managing agents and mid-level managers. An RSM office is equipped to handle all levels of sales support including training, problem solving, business processing and much more.
